ABOUT US
We are simply folks who love Jesus, who have chosen to share life together and live as living proclamations of the Kingdom. This site is the sharing of our journey as we seek to live healthy faith in the undiscovered country of non institutional religion. Through articles, stories, poems and podcast we seek to communicate a clear message of the love of God and intimacy with Jesus and how we walk that out in real life – Living into Life. Meet Mark and Michael
We would love this kind of humility to permeate who we are, yet in trying to share a little bit of ourselves with you, we still seem to find ourselves going from one ditch to another. We are so capable of grand boasts and equally false humility. This is a line many struggle with. How do we give you some idea of who we are without it sounding like a resume’ or marketing pitch?
The musings of this site are simply the reflection of what we have learned on the journey with Jesus. It’s the experiences of our lives as individuals, and the shared experiences as we worked together to build a ‘successful’ church and then led to dismantle it. Ultimately it is an extension of our experience with God as He draws us deeper into His heart via intimacy, which is yielding lives of greater peace, joy, hope and freedom in Jesus.
If what we have to share encourages you, great! If not, that’s ok too! Our heart is not to convince you of anything, rather to share the road with you a while.
With love,
